Who we are

Remus IT Limited is a managed IT services company, registered in England & Wales (company no. 08602006). Our office is at 43 Theobalds Road, London WC1X 8SP. We decide how the personal information described here is used, which makes us its “controller” under UK data protection law.

What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts or newsletter sign-up. We only receive personal information when you contact us — by email or phone — and then only what you choose to share: usually your name, your organisation, your contact details and what you would like help with.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange anything you ask for, such as an IT review.
• If you become a client, to provide and manage our services.

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business, and on our contract with you once you are a client. We never sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.

Who can see it

Our team, and the service providers that run our email and support desk (Microsoft 365 and Freshdesk) and host this website (Vercel). They handle information only on our instructions. Some of them may store data outside the UK; where they do, the safeguards required by UK law apply.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email support@remusit.com and we will respond within one month, as the law requires.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab) or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
